In short: we use no advertising and no measurement services, we do not follow anyone across sites, and we pass on no data in order to earn money from it. What arises, arises because a web page cannot be delivered without it.

When a page is requested, the service through which we deliver it processes the details that every browser sends: IP address, time, address requested, status code, volume transferred, and browser and device identification. Without those details a page cannot be delivered and no attack can be repelled.
If you write to us, we process your message with whatever you tell us in it, and your sender address — solely in order to reply.
The personal area is protected with Cloudflare Access. Anyone entering it gives their e-mail address and receives a one-time code; what is processed is that address and the time of access.
We process these data under Law 81 of 26 March 2019 on the protection of personal data of the Republic of Panama and the implementing decree issued under it. The basis is your enquiry, the initiation or performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the page. Where the law requires consent, we obtain it, and you may withdraw it at any time.
The page is delivered through Cloudflare. That is where the access details named above arise, where the sign-in to the personal area sits, and where the forwarding of our e-mail addresses runs. Cloudflare acts on our instructions and is bound by them. There are no other recipients. We release data only where an authority lawfully requires it.
Because delivery is distributed worldwide, the details may also be processed outside Panama.
We keep no visitor statistics, embed no external fonts, no map services and no video platforms, and we set no cookies ourselves. The images and films on this page are hosted by us. To fend off automated access, the delivery service may set a technically necessary cookie; it serves neither advertising nor measurement. There is no profile of you, because there is nothing from which we could build one.
We keep no visitor logs ourselves; what arises at the delivery service is deleted according to its own retention periods. Correspondence we keep for as long as the matter runs, and beyond that only so far as a retention duty exists. After that we delete it.
Under Law 81 of 2019 you may ask what data we process concerning you, and further request their correction, their deletion and their transfer to another controller; you may object to processing. Please contact us for that; we reply within the statutory period.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may turn to the Autoridad Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información (ANTAI) in Panama.
We do not offer our services in the European Union and do not direct this page at visitors there. Should you nonetheless access it from there, what is described above applies; requests for information, correction, deletion and objection reach us at the same address.
